PAYMENT AND PLACING ORDERS:
Payment is required prior to shipping and a valid sales tax ID must be on file with us. Orders are accepted through your sales rep, online or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders are usually shipped via Fedex or USPS within 8-10 business days. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer unless we are running a freight special. Expedited shipping or later date shipping may be requested - we will do our best to meet your specific needs.
Most products are packaged in a clear cello sleeve or a clear plastic box with appropriate labeling.
Returns will be accepted on damaged items only. Refunds will be returned via original form of payment. Please contact us within 5 days for damage claims at email@example.com
