Shipping time is the time it takes for items to be shipped from the Natalie Ryan Studio to the you. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex and you can choose the timeline at checkout. You can estimate the cost of shipping once you have added items to your cart.

We strive to offer exceptional product quality, therefore we only accept returns on damaged items within 5 days of delivery. Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order if products arrive damaged.

Once you have reported your damaged items to us with photos, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
